Ingredients:
2 cans chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
4 garlic cloves
1/4 - 1/2 tsp hot sauce of choice
3 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process, adding reserved chickpea liquid until smooth and creamy (or desired) consistency is reached.
