No-Fail Classic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp hot sauce of choice 

  • 3 Tbsp tahini

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of one lemon 

  • 1 tsp sea salt 


Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process, adding reserved chickpea liquid until smooth and creamy (or desired) consistency is reached.
